We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you and to plan the experience you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
When you submit the contact form, your message is stored in a private database used only by this website and emailed to us at backwoodsmuleandwagon@gmail.com. If you provide an email address, we also send you a short confirmation that we received your message. Notification emails are sent from our own verified sending domain, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly.
Our website hosting, database, and email delivery are provided by our website platform and its service providers, who process this data on our behalf.
What we don't do
This website does not take online payments, deposits, or bookings, does not collect card or banking details, and does not collect digital waivers or signatures. There are no user accounts or logins for visitors. We do not knowingly collect information from children; inquiries should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
Third-party links and content
Our site links to our Facebook page. Facebook's own privacy practices apply once you leave our site. Our pages also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our own records, and we remove them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices
